Open conversation
Despite the exaggerated mobility of our society not all pay-phones have disappeared from the streets. Luckily for Fatima that is. Otherwise she had to drag herself back home again. For the umpteenth time, she has forgotten her cell phone. That effort will yet to be spared. Nowadays she can still reach her sister Sharifa with a single coin and ask her to bring over her mobile phone.
Fatima finds the pay-phones that are still standing very practical. The only thing she has some difficulty with is the tremendous insight that these glass cabinets have. At the moment she enters in there, it feels if she's being watched. Rather she prefers the use of mirrored glass with public occasions.

Calm before the storm
Her father warned her many years ago: The prevailing discontent against Muslims is only a cold silence before the big storm.
Because the wind turns over and seems to be blowing from the right corner instead of the left for coming years, Fatima takes her fathers warning seriously and tries to prepare for the worst. Together with her mother she is currently working on a solution, with which she can stand upright at all times, even with a stiff wind from the right in her face. And it seems she will succeed!
By applying an existing, yet early technology, she can soon withstand any criticism. Then there is no rule or law that will deviate her from her place, not even by one millimeter.

Indoctrination
Born out of fear of the inexplicable, the fate to which we all are subject, the scythe of Grim Reaper, which sooner or later also will be mowing our lawn, is religion; for a one an inexhaustible source of inspiration, hope, love and devotion, for another only a sop.
Stop indoctrinating our children! Allow them their own way. Try not to shape your offspring after yourself - take a critical look back. The physical state will stand, don't worry about that. But leave your child on his mental state alone.
Put your own beliefs aside and give your children space to think. Only that way you mean well by them. and they will not, like you, sooner or later go under.
